That was very cool, and, might I say, very well written. Excellent descriptive flair. Clearly your fans are sharper than the other knives in the bamboo knife block on the counter right next to the blender but not too far from the food preparation area that it disrupts the flow of your cooking every time you want to get a knife to chop something. The placement of the knife block is very important.
